I was raised in St. Louis and moved to Jefferson City in 1975 to accept a job with the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Community & Neighborhood Assistance programs, where I worked for 22 years. I am currently employed by Miracle-Ear and am responsible for filing insurance claims for our customers. Playing guitar, writing songs, gardening and spending time with my family rank at the top of my favorite things. Teresa and I have been married for 18 years and we are the Wednesday night worship leaders at First Assembly of God in Jefferson City. Our son Caleb started Kindergarten at CCS and is now in 3rd grade, each day and each year at CCS has been so special! We are very thankful to be part of this school, and can see God’s hand at work here daily. God has truly blessed us with a wonderful staff, incredible teachers, hard-working and committed Board members and PTF officers, super parents and many other supporters. This year is my 2nd term as President of PTF, and I count it a privilege and awesome responsibility to serve in this capacity. This is my second year serving as the PTF Secretary for CCS. My husband, Henry and I live in Jefferson City. We are the very proud parents of three daughters. Our youngest daughter, Maia began attending CCS in Pre-K and is currently in 2nd grade. Our middle daughter, Holly is 16 and attends Helias High School. Our oldest, Ashlee, lives in Linn with her husband Eric and our grandson Alex. I have worked in IT as a database administrator for several (ok, many) years. My current position is DBA Manager at Central Technology Services (Central Bank). We are members of Concord Baptist Church and serve as 6th grade Sunday School teachers there. We both enjoy investing our time in children and youth education and ministries when we can. We also enjoy traveling, especially to warm-weather locations such as the Philippines or Hawaii! Someday, we hope to pick a tropical climate and relocate. Although I don’t have much free time, when I do I enjoy reading, being outside, and activities such as aerobic workouts and in-line skating. Our desire is to see CCS grow and evolve into a solid educational alternative and Christian influence in Jefferson City. What a responsibility God has given us!

This is my first year to serve as a PTF officer, and I am please to serve as Vice-President. My husband, Shilo, and I have been married almost 12 years and live in Bonnots Mill. We have two beautiful daughters. Ashton is 7 and a first-grader at CCS. Tia is 5 and will be in kindergarten at CCS this fall. We are members of Concord Baptist Church, where we are involved in several ministry opportunities. Currently, I am a stay-at-home mom. In my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking, camping, fishing, cooking, and reading. In addition to participating as a PTF officer, I also serve as the CCS volunteer coordinator. CCS is such a wonderful school where our children enjoy learning, but most importantly learning about God and applying what they learn to their everyday lives. It is such a blessing to serve.

I am a native to Jefferson City. I am blessed with an amazing husband, Allan. We have 2 children, Kyle and Olivia. I am a member of Concord Baptist Church. I am thrilled to see our community have Concord Christian School. I was an accountant, but now have the privilege of having my own Creative Memories business for 11 years and being able to be home with my family. I enjoy being able to volunteer at CCS and experience what incredible teachers and staff we have working with our kids. I feel it is important for parents to be involved and support the school, so please share any ideas with me. It is an honor to serve as your PTF Treasurer.
